Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT Tapping is a GENTLE and EFFECTIVE healing modality that utilizes self-tapping on meridian points, specific speech patterns, and breath to release stored emotions, break patterns, and clear obstacles in your life.

 

We will bring love, acceptance, and forgiveness to the parts of you that have been hiding inside whatever issue we're tapping on.  Even more exciting--the healing is in your own hands. By the end of our session you'll have an understanding of the process that will allow you to use this tool in your daily life!

Uses of EFT

Tapping can be used in the moment to alleviate triggers as they arise or in a "Deep-dive" session where we uncover the root causes of a specific issue that is causing you distress.

What to Expect in a Session

We can meet in person or over Zoom

Sessions usually last 90-105 minutes

We will use the words you use to describe "the issue" to guide your session--effectively targeting your own neurological processing

"Off-Gassing" will likely occur: as stored energy leaves the body you may yawn, burp, cry, laugh or fart!

We will use a 1-10 scale to rate the intensity of the session's topic and certain feelings that come up around it.  By the end of the session there is likely to be a significant change in the intensity of the issue and sometimes a "problem" or belief goes away entirely!
